Team requirements
Both application forms must be signed by the President of the Member Federation or the SPOC (single point of contact) known to the FIPS-Mouche Secretary General.
A team shall consist of five competitors plus, optionally, an alternate and/or a captain and/or a manager.
RELEVANT INFORMATION
Competitors Medical Certificate
All National Federations with teams registered in this championship confirm upon registration that athletes and captains representing the federation have valid medical certificates to do this sport.
Anti-doping Control
The Organizer would like to remind all the participants/competitors that the
participation in the Championship implicity includes the acceptance of ALL the ports anti-doping rules of WADA.
Team Requirements
The names of the members of each tean must be communicated to the International Organiser with it’s own form (Team Application Form shall be used contained in the FIPS-Mouche Guidelines), at least sixty days prior to the event. This application form must be signed by the Member Federation President or SPOC (single point of
contact) known by the General Secretary of FIPS-Mouche.
A team shall be comprised of five competitors plus, optionally, one Reserve and/or one Captain and/or one Manager.
